Our client is the leading healthcare provider and payer in the Pacific Northwest region.   We are seeking a high performer to join the Strategy Insights team that supports executive leadership, develops a deeply-informed, long-term view of customers, competitors, industry trends and market developments.
This is an internal strategy consulting team, partnering across the business to shape data-driven strategy development and decision making through actionable insights, implications and recommendations.

As the Senior Manager of Strategy Insights, you will:

  • Represent the organization as the market research lead on the national market research team

  • Lead, develop, mentor and retain a high performing team of consultants and analysts whose work includes market research, competitive intelligence, data analytics and industry trends

  • Develop scope and prioritize work of the team, aligned with region’s strategic priorities

  • Deliver customer insights efforts for internal clients, including project scoping, execution,  vendor management and presenting findings

    • Implement and drive an intake and prioritization process for requests from internal clients

  • Cultivate and foster relationships with key internal clients and lead internal client engagements, ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables, including:

    • Partnering with leaders to identify gaps in insights and prioritize insights needed to inform strategy development and decision making

    • Isolating business issues, and designing and executing analyses to study issues Gathering and integrating insights and data across a matrix organization, and building a network of subject matter experts in region

    • Developing synthesized, easy-to-digest insights, implications and recommendations that shape development of critical strategies

  • Lead regional integration, dissemination and application of wide range of market research insights and reports (from national market research and within the region)

Minimum Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, mathematics, statistics, OR four (4) years of experience in related field.
Preferred Education
Master’s degree in Marketing Research, Marketing Analytics or related-field such as statistics, mathematics, economics.
Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements

Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

Minimum Experience Requirements
8 years minimum of content/functional experience - Strategy consulting/management consulting either in healthcare or CPG.
2 years minimum of management experience, OR; Master's degree and a minimum four (4) years of experience.

Preferred Experience
3 years (3) of management experience preferred. Healthcare industry and Consulting highly preferred
